RBH Industries is not a selling agency and does not engage in the sale of property in any capacity.Owners and operators of RBH Industries are not licensed realtors or associated with any realty company, nor are they licensed to sell property.RBH Industries does not advertise homes that are listed with any Multiple Listing Service nor offer an Multiple Listing Service number. Any owner who purchases an advertisement in the Your Area Homes guide has been advised that the service provided by RBH Industries is for the purpose of advertising only and that RBH Industries shall not in any way market the individuals property other than through the advertisement in the Your Area Home guide as well as on the website.Fees paid to RBH Industries are solely for advertising your property and not for any additional services, nor is RBH Industries compensated in any way based on the sale of your property. RBH Industries does not in any way claim to have expertise in marketing homes for sale.Any sales that arise from an advertisement in the Your Area Homes guide are between the seller and the buyer.
RBH Industries has no rightful interest in the sale of such property. Any misrepresentations of the property advertised are the sole responsibility of the homeowner and RBH Industries does not accept any responsibility or liability for such misrepresentations. If the homeowner elects to have a representative of RBH Industries write the property description it must be approved and signed by the homeowner before being published in the Your Area Homes guide or on the website.If any errors are found in your advertisement once it is published you must contact RBH Industries immediately.
RBH Industries is not a central clearing house for information on individual properties advertised in the Your Area Homes guide, nor do we assist in obtaining any additional information on the readers behalf. Any prospective buyer must contact the owner named in the advertisement directly for detailed information on the property advertised for sale.
This advertising agreement is valid on a month to month basis. All advertising fees are paid on a monthly basis and must be paid in full by the 20th of each month in order to have property advertised in the following months issue.A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks as well as your ad vertisement not appearing in the said months issue. All advertising fees are subject to change with 30 days notice to all current advertisers.
RBH Industries can not always foresee any technical or other difficulties that may result in connection downtime or any unknown causes experienced by the Your Area Homes ISP or due to any other reason beyond our control.Owners and operators of RBH Industries shall not be liable for any damages or loses whatsoever arising from advertising in the Your Area Homes guide or website. Your Area Homes is strictly an advertiser and can not control any unwanted contact by its viewers. Once your Address, telephone number and e-mail address is advertised it is considered to be public information.
RBH Industries reserves the right to stop or suspend the publication of the Your Area Homes guide and website at anytime. If either of these should occur all current advertisers will be reimbursed any fees paid for advertising that were to be published in the Your Area Homes guide minus 25% to cover website advertising.
All property owners who purchase advertisement with RBH Industries will be supplied ( $25.00 deposit) with a Your Area Homes yard sign which will direct potential buyers to the homeowners property by listing ID number in the Your Area Homes guide as well as on the website. This sign will be placed in the homeowners yard along side or as a rider on top of the homeowners existing For Sale By Owner sign. The Your Area Homes sign is property of RBH Industries and will remain in the homeowners yard until (1) Home is sold, or (2) Homeowner no longer pays for advertising in the Your Area Homes guide
