There are already other homes for sale by owner websites in my area. Why should we advertise with you?
A.
Yes, there are other companies out there that will advertise your home on the internet for you and we are not saying that there is anything wrong with those companies,but we are the only one who offers a magazine as well as a website listing and we do it all for you!

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
A.
No, we know how quickly things can change, so all of our advertisements are done on a month to month basis. If you would like to advertise just one month,4 months, 6 months, every other month, or whenever it is up to you!
Q.
Do you need to come out to my home each month to write a new advertisement if I renew?
A.
No, After the first initial visit we will have everything we need to place your ad. Even if you would like to switch from a half page to a full page ad or vice versa. Each month simply fill out the information card you will be supplied with and send it to us by the 20th of each month.
