Your Area Homes is a monthly published magazine that is dedicated solely to homes "For Sale By Owner" We understand that selling your home yourself can be a little overwhelming, so let us take care of the advertising. We do all of the work for you! A representative of RBH Industries will meet with you at your home to take pictures of your property,discuss which ad package you would like to place,work together with you to write a custom description, and answer any questions you may have.Your ad will be published in the following months issue and placed on this website within 5 days.
We offer 2 packages for our magazine.
First
, A half page ad which includes one digital picture,address,open house info.,and property description.
Second
, A full page ad which includes 3 digital pictures of the homeowners choice,address,open house info.,a long property description as well as room sizes and amenities.With either package you will receive (With Deposit) a "Your Area Homes" sign to attach to
your
"Home For Sale" sign directing buyers to your listing in the magazine and on this website. Every home advertised in the "Your Area Homes" magazine will be issued a unique property listing ID # for potential buyers to easily search for your home here on the website as well as in the magazine itself.
