Guild AGM 2006 - in short

We have one new Honorary member in the district, Henry Chandler from Burghill.

Honorary members can now be proposed if they are 65 and had 25 years membership (does not have to be continuous) however the person proposing the candidate has to be able to prove it.

The master will be elected for a term of 3 years and may offer to stand for a 2nd term

Members who have not paid their subscriptions by 28th February will be deemed in arrears and will not be covered by Guild insurance.

Subscriptions have gone up to
8 for all adults, juniors and Non-resident life members is still 2.

Peal fees have gone up from 20p to 50p from 14th May 2006.

Welcome packs will now be available for all new members.

Proficiency Certificates are almost ready, they are just lacking a logo.  It has been requested that members should design a Guild logo as we have never had one.

This year the George Cousins Cup was awarded to Burghill.
