Hyssop = Add to a potpourri burner to help ease colds and flu

Lavender = Add lavender flowers and rose petals to a potpourri burner and put it in your bedroom to help get a good nights sleep.  Just plain lavender helps disinfect sick rooms

Lemon Balm = Diffused into the air, it can help you relax after a stressful day.  You can use it in your bath to help relieve anxiety.

Lemon Verbena = Known for it's calming effects, use this herb to sooth your being after a long stressful day.

Marjoram = in a potpourri burner it can help relieve depression and anxiety, help you sleep, and help you relax

Peppermint = Smelling peppermint helps with motion sickness, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, lessen gas and diarrhea

Spearmint = A tea of spearmint can be used for children with upset tummies.  Safe for babies to, just add a little tiny pinch of sugar and don't make the tea to strong.
