Talk to a reporter from the Cleveland Plain Dealer who researching my efforts to bring changes for Ohio Veterans. The reporter from the Cleveland Plain Dealer didn't say if or when they were going to do a news story but only said was doing some fact checking.

Recieved an email from Parma City Councilman Sean Brennan who was interested in passing a resolution in support of my proposal to help Ohio's Veterans with college Education. Councilman Brennan has invited me to give a presentation in Sept. to the City of Parma Governmental Operations Committee. Also Parma City Councilman Larry Napoli also expressed his support for a possible resolution in a email to me. City of North Royalton Councilman Don Willey expressed a desire to learn more about my proposal in another email I recieved as well.

Recieved an email from State Senator John Boccieri that he want to meet face to face and discuss my bill proposal. After talking with the Senator's Staff I am scheduled to meet with the Senator on August 20th at 1pm at his office in Columbus, Ohio.
North Royalton City Councilwoman Denise Bobulsky sent me an email in regards to interest in maybe supporting a resolution in support of my proposal. Councilwoman Bobulsky also inquired to how my efforts were going working with State Senator Spada and said she would base her support on what he thinks.
I also recieved an email from North Royalton City Councilman Vince Gentile who also believes that the federal government does not do enough to help vet's and offered me assistance with my efforts to introduce new legislation to help Ohio's Vets. Councilman Gentile even offered to contact some of his contacts in the State Legislature to assist my efforts.
Recieved an email from Jordan Glavinos, Legislative Aide to State Senator John Boccieri, 33rd District that the the State Senator is interested in my proposal and will follow-up with me.

US Congresswomen Betty Sutton's Field Representative John Rutecki requested a copy of my Bill Proposal to the Ohio General Assembly to be sent to her Washington D.C. office to see if she could be of any assistance.

Parma City Councilman Ward 2 Sean Brennan will sponsor a resolution in support of my Bill Proposal and has invited me to give a brief presentation before the resolution is put to vote on Sept. 24 @ 7:00pm in Parma City Council Chambers.

Dan Langshaw will be meeting State Senator John Boccieri at his office in Columbus, Ohio at the Ohio Statehouse at 1:00pm on August 20th. Dan Langshaw will also hopefully sit in on Governor Ted Strickland's Veteran Study Council Committee meeting that day as well.

State Representative Tom Patton's Senior Aide Nathnal reported that Tom Patton and the State House of Reps Education Chair would like to research the Bill Proposal and began process to determine affect of new legislation on the state of Ohio.

Contacted by Ohio Young Democrats President Sarah Saccany that OYD is interested in helping through their connections in Columbus to help bring about possible new legislation.
