First, let me say, that I am not a charity, and that you cannot deduct any donations you make from your taxes.
So, why should you donate? Well, first, by helping me get this band, not only do you help me, you also help yourself. It is a well known fact that insurance companies are paying huge amounts to cover obesity related complications. So, because of this, insurance rates are going up. So, by helping me to no longer be a statistic, you will be helping yourself by having one less person your insurance is paying for, thus
lowering your premiums.
There are many other reasons you should donate to me. I give to my community in as many ways as I can. I volunteer for all kinds of community events. I also work with animal rescue. I am very dedicated to animals and chose to work in a vet's office as a technician to further help animals any way I could. Unfortunately, techs do not make a lot of money.
However, despite my lack of funds, I did have good credit until two years ago. I made a mistake of purchasing online from a site that was less than reliable (although fully toted in ads by the credit card I carried as being a great site to use their card on). When I did not receive what I had purchased, I immediately disputed the charge. Unfortunately, Discover is from the devil! They did not even acknowledge my dispute (which is completely illegal). So, when they refused to let me dispute, I refused
to pay them until they investigated my claim. They never did, so I never paid. So, they then further went to break the law by illegally reporting me as a non-payer on my credit report. Because of this, I cannot get any credit at all, I have tried. So, I cannot get credit cards to pay for the band, I cannot get loans for the band, I can't get any kind of money for the band. So, I've resorted to trying to get donations for this band.
This band will work for me, and I can guarantee you that the small donation you make will be put to good use. I already do the things I am supposed to to lose weight, I exercise daily, lift weights, and drink over eight cups of water a day. The reason I don't lose weight is because I eat too much quantity. Which is the reason I need this band.
