| May 4, 1982 Mother dear, Hello! How are you? Belated Happy Mother�s Day. We are enclosing this letter in the parcel that we�re sending to Mely Yadao. Lina will go with Auntie Charito. I won�t be able to go since I have a class. We are not able to send you magazines, maybe next time. We�re also enclosing pictures. There are only a few here. We�ve also sent you other pictures through airmail. Have you received them yet? We have received your 3 large pictures. We just haven�t mentioned it to you. I took the Scholarship Exam at Centro yesterday. They are only taking 11 students out of 200 applicants. If I pass the exams, I will enroll there. By the way, we�re having an election here on May 17. Included in this parcel nga pala are two tapes, a Basil Valdez tape and our voice tape. I wasn�t able to record mine because I was quite busy. Anyway, the others did. Sige ha.
