| June 25, 1981 Dear Dolly, Hi! Kumusta ka na? Hope you�re in good health. How are Uncle Richard and Auntie Feng? We�ve already heard your (voice) tape, just this Monday. We borrowed Ate Margie�s cassette player. You know her. She lives in door B of this apartment. We�re really thankful for having borrowed the cassette player because we�ve been dying to hear your voice. We received the $100 that you sent us on Tuesday. We�ve already exchanged it, P790. Last month it was P795. I don�t know why the exchange rate went down. But there is news that the rate will go up again. It might even go up as high as P12. I hope it will soon. Lina and I watched Superman II yesterday. Do you remember that we watched Superman I when we were still in Imus? Part II is better than Part I. There will also be a Part III. There were scenes in the movie that were shot in Canada. We just don�t know which of those places were in Canada. We watched at Harisson Plaza. Then we did a little shopping. I bought a pocketbook and Lina bought a pad of stationery. You know what, our classes have been delayed again. We really thought that we were going to school on Monday, June 22. Then on Sunday, Marcos was on the news and announced that classes were postponed until July 6. He said that there were many streets that were damaged by the recent storm. We have already enrolled last Monday. We didn�t have to pay that much. I paid only P49.50. Lina got a discount of P13.00, so she paid only P37.00. By the way, we received a registered notice from the post office, twice. It was addressed to you. At first, we were wondering whom it might be from. But then I realized, it might be from Uncle Doming, since we sent him a birthday card. Auntie Charito said that she will ask for Kuya Mards� help to get it from the post office. Sayang din iyon. It could be money. Sige ha. I�m already sleepy. I hope that your picnic plans will push through and I hope that you will have fun. We received the pictures that you sent us.
