| HELGA'S FRIENDS |
| Arnold- The protagonist. Helga is deeply in love with this dense football-head. Arnold has flirted with Helga on occasion and has basically kissed her on three occasions. We don't know if he likes her likes her. Heck, he doesn't know. He is head over heels for Lila anyway. |
| Phoebe- Helga's best friend. Phoebe is the smartest girl in their class, Helga being second. Phoebe was actually advanced two grade classes into the 6th grade, but decided to stay with her friends in the 4th grade. Phoebe is a smart girl who has eyes for Arnold's best friend, Gerald. |
| Gerald- Arnold's best friend. Gerald is the Urban Legend keeper. He is very hip and stylish and is known for his 'delicious' do. His hair is very important to him. Heck, Gerald has a baseball field named after him. Gerald Field. Gerald has definitely quite the ego and the 'tude, but is all over Helga's best friend, Phoebe. |
| Stinky- Stinky Peterson. Goofy and odd as a three dollar bill. Stinky is a farmer and his family grew up on a farm, and then they moved to the city. He used to be the 'Yahoo Soda' billboard boy but then refused to sign an extendable contract. Stinky isn't the brightest bulb in the box, but the guy has a heart of gold. |
| Sid- Sid is sort of a disgusting piece of work. He used to be frightened of germs, but now he's back to being smelly and gross. Sid is friends mainly with Stinky and Harold. He is famous for his infamous white leather boots that he always wears. Sid is known for hitting on any and every girl he faces. What a player for a nine year old! |
| Harold- Harold is the stereotypical school bully who actually has issues and isn't the toughest guy around. He doesn't boss people around like he used to except he constantly taunts Helga. She always retaliates and calls him 'Pink Boy' because his skin is pinker than the others'. Harold is a lot older than his classmates and is well... fat... haha |
| Rhonda- Rhonda Wellington Lloyd is the rich, fashion queen of PS 118. She is famous for her red and black ensemble, and she has attended charm school. Rhonda is obsessed with popularity, naturally she is the most popular girl. Rhonda has a dominant personality that takes charge, and doesn't have the sense of going too far. |
| Nadine- Nadine is Rhonda's best friend. She is obsessed with bugs and knows their genus-species and classifactions and everything. Nadine is also a bug collector. (EW!) Her beliefs definitely clash with Rhonda's, but their friendship means more than their petty differences. |
| Sheena- Sheena has been classified as one of the 'geeks' as she commonly hangs out with Eugene. Sheena is very tall and lanky and used to be a major part of 'the gang'. Her role as being part of it has been taken over by Rhonda, but Sheena is still seen in many episodes. |
| Eugene- Eugene is a major geek who is obsessed with choreography and singing show tunes. He is also known as 'the jinx'... because he is. In all episodes that he is in, Eugene always manages to get into some accident. |
| Lila- Lila is 'the ever so' perfect new girl who arrives at PS 118 and attracts all of the boys' attention. Lila has been accepted into 'the gang' and she is the most popular girl along with Rhonda. |
