20 May 2009 -Some of the ABC Renfrew Registered Childminders and children went to visit the local library this week. The children were able to look at the books in the children’s section, even if they were not yet old enough to read the toddlers were encouraged to hold the books and look at them.
Part of the library is usually set aside for children and books can be read to the child in this special section or children can take the books home with them.
The visit today was to introduce the children to the benefits of joining our local library and they also enjoyed listening to a story in a larger group.
