| I recommend using only good quality essential oils, from a reputable source. Oils should aways be in dark amber coloured glass bottles, clearly labelled with their country of origin and Latin name. Be very wary of oils which are not packaged in this way, they could be diluted in a base oil, but masquerading as 100% pure essential oils! Remember you only get what you pay for... if it is cheap then you are probably being taken for a ride! CAUTION: Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly onto the skin. If they are accidentally spilled onto the skin, wash copiously with cold running water. After all aromatherapy treatments you may possibly experience dizziness, headaches or nausea. To counteract these symptoms the following advice should be observed fro 24 hours: Drink plenty of water or fruit juices Avoid tea, coffee & alcohol |
