Appearance:

Jayna is fairly tiny for her age. She has normal auburn hair coming to about shoulder length and blue eyes, coming from her father's side of the family. Jayna is fairly pale, having lived in Colorado for most of her life having the cold get to her skin. She is also normally wearing a Star of David necklace.

Personality Quirks:

Normally quiet and shy, Jayna doesn't like to fight back unless it's with her brother, Lance. Jayna lacks the right words for talking until it's too late and also has a poor memory, so she finds herself writing in her diary a lot or writing poetry, where she can suddenly find the right words for anything. She is easy to scare or trick. However, she is very nice when it comes down to it and easily trusted and trusting. Jayna also envies her brother deeply, but hates to do so since he's all she has.

Family Life:

Jayna's mother, Megalie Alvers, was a graduate of Penn U herself, majoring in Muggle Religion Studies. She met Mitchel Reynolds at a Jewish Church and the two ended up having Jayna and Lance. The Alvers family was fine with their daughter marrying a Muggle, but disliked the fact that she took his religion, and when their mother died when they were five, the Alvers saw no point in visiting Mitchel and the twins. Jayna and her brother pretty much grew up with their father, and Jayna barely remembers her mother. Her mother had two brother's into Muggle Studies as well. One lives in New York and owns a small magic shop where he studies Muggles reacting to magic. He has a small son named Mention who is quiet, but loves Jayna over all, and will be coming to Penn. She also has another uncle in LA who is super rich with his own daughter Kari, who will be coming to Penn as well.

History:

Jayna went to a Muggle elementary school before going to Penn U. She also found it hard to remember things, so she always took time writing them down. Jayna is pretty much the only one who knows all about her brother. At school, Lance was very popular, which made Jayna extremely envious in him. Jayna used to love to talk, and always did so. But when she realized no one was listening to her, Jayna became more of a listener than a talker. Whenever she listened to other people talk, she tried to help in hopes that they would allow her to speak as well. But it never happened. Jayna is ashamed in her envy for Lance and her striving for attention since her twin is the only one who actually listens to her. Lance, as Jayna found out, doesn't even like the attention he is given, making Jayna even more envious of him.

Having someone read her diary.

Hopes:

That Lance will calm down some and open up more.

Interests:

Jayna loves to find out more about her religion. She also likes reading and writing in her diary, as well as talking to people she likes.

Talents:

Writing, though she doesn't think so, and talking.

Pretty neat, except for the shoes on the ground. A picture of her family lies on her dresser, and her diary is under her pillow. Jayna also has an iPod and camera in her drawers, as well as her mother's old jewlery box under the family picture.
