Appearance:

Kari is a constantly smiling little girl with brown hair and the same crimson-like colored eyes that all the Alvers' have. She has a few freckles on her face and hands and her hair is cut in a boyish style. Kari dislikes long hair since it gets in her way.

Personality Quirks:

Kari is a bit jumpy and off the wall. She adores her cousin Lance (a little too much), whom she completely acts like and follows without a doubt. She is often the one who helps Lance plan out all his tricks, even though she isn't as good in potions as he is. Kari only gets mad when a girl shoves attention onto Lance, wherein she'll push them away. She can also get mad if her family is insulted (other than Lance) but it takes a lot more to do that. Since she's normally pretty good natured as it is. As said, Kari loves a good joke, and is barely serious. Which sometimes annoys her family. A lot.

Family Life:

Kari is the daughter of Gerald Alvers, the eldest sibling of the Alvers family (they have three others). Like most of the family, Gerald took an interest in Muggle Studies, and chose to do that with his life. He made millions (in both Muggle and Wizarding coin) making a company vineyard to study the effects alcohol makes on Muggles. Using magic (basically cheating) he made his wine practically irresistable, and studied how Muggles reacted (which people didn't really call cheating). Gerald and his late wife had two kids, Kari and Andy (Andrea), two years apart. Kari and Andy don't get along too much, but still love each other. Kari also has a huge crush on Lance, and is jealous of Jayna. She and Mention also don't get along too well.

History:

When Kari was five years old, she realized she hated the name Karitha, and shortened it to Kari. This was also when her mother died from alcohol poisoning (she was an alcoholic). Two years later, Kari met her half-blooded cousins, Lance and Jayna. And Lance showed her how to be an outgoing prankster. Though Kari wasn't as smart as Lance, she still succeeded in impressing him at times with the tricks she thought up. This gave her a glowing feeling, and Kari started to develop a crush on him. Whenever the preteen girls from his school started flirting with Lance when Kari was visiting, she'd always sabatoge the girl. Kari never got along with her quieter cousins (Jayna and Mention) and has a normal sibling rivalry with her sister. Mention's two little brothers, Cameron and Daley, she gets along with okay, though.
