That is the official date of the return of Distraut. Walton Tap is the place for one of the biggest and baddest metal event this side of Ozzfest. What is it that makes this so big? Distraut reunites with the bands that helped get us going in the local music scene: Chapter Seven, The Liquid Thread, and Anikus. Add in new local upstarts Hate Union, and you've got the mother of all asskicking shows. Rumor has it admission will be just 5 measly dollars, so bring your beer drinking buddies and a thirst for drunken metal mayhem to this monster show! |

Don't know who the hell Hate Union is? Check 'em out April 3rd with Chapter Seven and friends at Elk's Page Park. That's the one that's way the fuck out on Lowell Park Road at the bottom of the big hill. $5 gets you in, BYOB IS NOT ALLOWED but you can drink with valid ID, and prceeds from the door benefit the Tri-County Animal Shelter. Members of Distraut will be in the throng of fans, so get your ass down there and give a little scratch behind the ears to the helpers of Man's Best Friend. |
