The Pokedex in Fire Red and Leaf Green is surprisingly more advanced compared to the previous games.
|

|
|

|
|
In this new Pokedex, your collection of Pokemon information can now be sorted by different ways. For example, the Location feature gives you a list of locations, and once you've chosen one, it will show you all of the Pokemon that you've caught in that specific area. |

You can also sort the Dex out by Pokeballs. |

|
|

And that's not all. Once it has sorted the Pokedex out, you can then view the Pokemon and their evolution lines if they are capturable in the area as it would be on the same page. |

And of course, you may view the Dex normally and pick the Pokemon from the original numbered list and view their Dex entries. |
