  These are exercises that should be done in the weight room!

   Cardiovascular Conditioning

 1-2 mile run: Start out easy (a little faster than a fast walk) and progress a little faster each week. You should progress after two runs in one week.

   Strengthening

 (4 sets/12-15 repetitions)
Leg Press (shoulder width leg position and plei position)
Multi-hip adduction
Lunges
Hamstring Curls
Multi-Hip Flexion
Lateral Raises
Posterior Raises
Bicep Curls
Triceps Extension

He said to concentrate on building reps (ie: endurance) as opposed to doing heavy weights.
