This is a documentary film about a former member of the Royal Danish Household. He is now living as an old age pensioner at Fredensborg Castle, outside of Copenhagen.
He was present at many important moments during the reign of the former king: King Frederik IX. He was present when the current Queen, Margrethe married Prince Henrik. He was present for many other important events in the Royal Danish Household.
This story tells about events during this time from his point of view.
