Established in 1993 by the Brett family in Tasmania, and named because of the beautiful Hartz Mountains located nearby, the stud is now located in Victoria after a short stint in Queensland.
Our aim is to breed quality, typey and well conformed horses with beautiful temperaments. We are drawn to the Straight Egyptian (SE) lines and establishing an SE breeding program with our stallion Sabtah Shareem is our main focus.
