that the Friends of
Harmers Wood website is about to go public.
I am delighted that local people have joined
together to form the
Friends of Harmers Wood with the specific aim of
raising enough money to
buy Harmers Wood.
The purpose of the group is to keep Harmers Wood
open to the general
public and maintain and preserve this place of
natural beauty for
generations to come.
I give my full support to the Friends of Harmers
Wood. I sincerely hope
they are able to raise the necessary amount of money
to buy the wood and I thank them for all their efforts on our behalf.
