I went to a Make-A-Wish foundation function tonight and got to hear some kick-ass beach music from General Johnson and the Chairmen of the Board. The General looks an awful lot like Scatman Carothers, and that guy on the left is a dead ringer for Marion Barry. But if you're tempted to think that the Chairmen are small potatoes, you need to check out the video that they did with the late, great Joey Ramone. Anyhoo, Make-A-Wish is a great charity that does a lot of good, send some money their way if you get a chance.

More skinny pale women in the news. I haven't seen Gwyneth's heinie yet, but I'm guessing that it's a little narrow and bony for my taste. Either way, I'm planning to go see Shallow Hal, cause a lot of it was filmed here in Charlotte. Also, it's pissed off some fatties, so that's a plus.
