The 2004 Hamilton Pontiacs were the Gold Medalists at the Eastern Canadian Championships held in Point-Aux Trembles, Montreal. They defeated the PEI Yogi's by a score of 2-0 to take home the Gold Medal. The Pontiacs were the Gold Medalists at the P.W.S.A. Intermediate Grand Championships by going undefeated throughout the tournament. The team also took home the Tri-County Championship. |
