History of Oremin |
| Instead of rewriting all the information contained in the Personnel and Ships section, the history of Oremin will be summarized by a simple timeline. Currently, it is in its roughest form, mostly supplying the birthdates of important characters. More data will be plugged in when I have time. There are a few non-Oremin related events tossed in to give readers an idea of what the galaxy at large was up to at the time. The timeline is subject to change as more accurate information comes in� |

150 BSW - The Laro system is colonized. 82 BSW � Palpatine is born on Naboo. 80 BSW � Jer Roviditian is born on Chandrilla. 76 BSW � Sarca Koylir is born on Arkania. 64 BSW - Wilhuff Tarkin is born on the planet Eriadu. 62 BSW � Reneg Kasr is born on Coruscant. Roviditian joins the Old Republic Navy. 54 BSW � Sildan Polark is born on Anaxes. Roviditian, after obtaining the rank of Captain, goes back to the Old Republic Academy as an instructor. 52 BSW � Tomex Irev is born on Corellia. 44 BSW - Kasr joins the Old Republic Navy and meets Roviditian for the first time. A friendship is soon formed as both men gain a mutual respect for the other. 37 BSW � Dolomar Daktren is born on Coruscant. 32 BSW - The events of Phantom Menace take place. 27 BSW � Miij Xhinder is born on Tatooine. 26 BSW � Samuel Kregin is born on Naboo. 22 BSW - The events of Attack of the Clones take place. 21 BSW - Fen Palka is born on Commenor. 12 BSW � Sashu Jurarth is born on the ISD Tsunami. 10 BSW � The ISD Kismet is constructed at Kuat and put under Roviditian�s command. 8 BSW � Kregin enters the Imperial Army Academy. 6 BSW � Jesika Doljian is born on Cloud City, Bespin. 4 BSW � Oremin is discovered by Kasr. 3 BSW � Kasr arranges his own court-martial and is sent to the Jorzan prison in CSA space. Official reports claim that the prison shuttle is destroyed by Rebels even though it makes it there safely. Palpatine begins a secret campaign to erase all knowledge of Kasr. Before Imperial authorities can detain it, the Seldon jumps to Oremin along with Kasr�s entire think-tank. Dr. Koylir takes command and begins to setup facilities at Oremin, using strict instructions given to her by Kasr. Search parties are sent to hunt down the errant Seldon, but no traces of it are found. Construction of the Anubis Complex begins at Oremin. 2 BSW � The Laro system is turned into an Outer Rim stronghold for Imperial power. O - The events of A New Hope take place. 1 ASW � Roviditian jumps the Kismet to Oremin and assumes leadership of the project until Kasr�s return. The Kismet and all aboard are considered lost in a hyperspace accident by Imperial authorities. 2 ASW - The ISD Tsunami is upgraded to a Mark II at the Kuat Shipyards. 3 ASW - The events of Empire Strikes Back takes place. The ISD Dark Star is sent to prevent the defection of the Frigate Bloodlust to the Rebels. The Frigate is destroyed, but a young Fen Palka is rescued and declared a hero for his actions against the mutinous crew. Oremin becomes self-suffcient. The ISD Kismet is upgraded to a Mark II as a test of Oremin's newly built shipyard. The Laro system breaks away from the Empire and unites their forces against the Imperial task forces sent to bring it back in line. 4 ASW - The events of Return of the Jedi take place. With news of the Emperor's death and the fall of the Empire, the Laro system falls into a bitter civil war as each planet struggles to be the ruling force for the system. 8 ASW - The Dark Star is upgraded to a Mark II at the Bilbringi Shipyards. 10 ASW � Daktren and the ISDII Dark Star �rescues� Kasr from the Jorzan prison and returns him to Oremin. 11 ASW - Current RP board timeline. From this point years don�t tend to factor into RP board stories. However, every event listed is in chronological order... |
