The weather was bad but the Ultimate was awesome. With Mark back from World's and Aidan helping out, we had a really strong squad in this event and it showed with wins over Durham and Jedi leading to a 3rd place finish out of the 12 teams that entered.
Mixed Indoor Regionals - 18th/19th November (Newcastle)
hallamultimate's first official uni tournament, the team put in a superb display, competing with well-established and far more experienced teams. Finished 13th out of 16, winning the 'spoon' with an easy victory over rivals Phat 'eds second team.
Northern Winter League 1 - 12th November 2006 (Leeds)
With one or two useful players out in Australia competing amongst the World's best, the club's first outdoor experience was a tough one with three defeats and yet everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Sheffield Beginners - 21st/22nd October 2006 (Sheffield)
The club's first tournament. All the new players put on a great display winning three games from seven and finishing 11th out of 16.
