
The Halton Association of Coordinators of Volunteer Services (HACVS) is a non-profit professional membership organization. Members are individuals involved in the administration/coordination of volunteer services.
HACVS was formed in 1978 to meet the needs of coordinators of volunteers in the region of Halton.
We support our members in matters relating to the delivery of volunteer services by providing ongoing professional development and networking opportunities.
HACVS hosts spring and fall workshops, and an annual general meeting. Times, topics and locations of all events are made available to members by written notice. Pre-registration is necessary for planning purposes.
We value and promote awareness of the contributions of volunteers in our agencies and to the community as a whole.
HACVS is governed by an elected executive.
