The first day there we ordered pizza and promptly fell asleep like a bunch of newborn kittens. The next day was made up of a quick jaunt downtown via the resort bus to pick up some groceries. While the weather proved a bit disappointing, my companions more than made up for that. We spent the week lying about, sitting in the sun, walking around the area, shopping, haggling, clubbing, and watching tv. Boy could Nia haggle! As it was my birthday week, my friends went so far as to get me a birthday cake and balloons! It was marvelous as the year before no one had done anything for me....
