1. Bull Buchanan 6'6 290lbs
Bull had a dominant year in 2007. Bull had several tours of Japan where he was a standout.  Bull also dominated the indy scene everywhere he went in Georgia which got him Wrestler of the Year honors.
2. David Young 6'0 235lbs
3 times is not the charm for David Young. David was ranked #1 both in 2005 and 2006, but was knocked off this year. David walked away from TNA asking for his release. Considered one of the all around best, David is a threat where ever he goes.
3. Slim J 5'8 175lbs
One of if not the best Crusierweight wrestler on the Indies. His fan base in Anarchy and GWP grows quickly. Slim is rumored to cross over into MMA.
4. Bulldawg Raines 5'11 280lbs
The breakout star of 2007/blast from the past. Bulldawg took West Georgia by storm starting riots everywhere he wrestled. Look for big things from him in 2008.
5. Johnny Swinger 6'0 225lbs
Swingtime always managed to slither his way back to the GCW title, holding it multiple times in 2007. He also appeared for TNA and WWE.
6. Austin Creed 5'11 205lbs
Austin shocked a lot of people by getting to compete at the TNA PPV in Georgia this year. Always the showman, which got him Gimmick of the year. He is scheduled to start with TNA in 2008.
7. Cru Jones 6'1 240lbs
Cru has the potentail to get to the next level, he has all the tools. The biggest obstacle is himself; can he stay healthy and injury free. In 2007 Cru came back from a major injury. 2008 could be his year if he remains injury free.
8. Shaun Tempers 6'1 245lbs
Tempers had a great year in 2007. He ruled GWP as their Heavyweight champ and shares the Anarchy tag titles as a member of the Devil's Rejects.
9. J-Rod 5'9 201lbs
Voted Most Improved and baby face of the year, J-Rod excelled everywhere he wrestled. Look for his popularity to grow in 2008 with the fans and critics.
10. Phil Shatter 6'2 270lbs
Shatter stepped his game up by breaking through the glass ceiling and capturing the Anarchy Heavyweight title. He also appeared on RAW as "Razor Ramon". He has the major league size for the next level.
11. Shaun Banks 6'2 215lbs
