                                        Welcome to Georgetown Toastmasters!

          - Are you interested in becoming a better public speaker?
                - Do you dread making spontaneous comments in front of a group?
                      - Does the thought of speaking in front of an audience make you nervous?

You're NOT alone!

According to a February 2001 Gallup Poll of 1,016 adults, 40 percent had a fear of public speaking, second only to snakes. But is there anything you can do about it?

Georgetown Toastmasters is a nonprofit, educational community club that focuses on developing public speaking and leadership skills within a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
