ABSTRACT

The purpose of the research is to study the relationship between  the organizational climate, achievement  motivation and the the job satisfaction of teacher. This study was conducted at the SMK Negeri in Samarinda, with sample 76  selected randomly.

            The result of the research are as follows : (1) there is a positive correlation between the organizational climate with the job satisfaction of teacher, (2) there is a positive correlation between   achievement motivation  with the job satisfaction of teacher, (3) there is a positive correlation between those two independent variables (the organizational climate and achievement motivation) with the job satisfaction of teacher.
