Beleniel Elensar, the cousin of Shandris Feathermoon, was trained in the noble arts of archery by the high priestess, Tyrande Whisperwind herself. By the time of the second invasion of the burning legion, she was the youngest ever seen to fight along Cenarius. When she saw Cenarius die, she was broken. She managed to escape the orcs into the woods, and swore to have revenge on the horde.
None had seen Beleniel after the slaughter of Cenarius. Though her body had not been found, she had been declared dead. While the allied Night Elves, Orcs and Humans were defending Nordrassil, the world tree, a priest that had been the only one to survive a desperate attack against the undead, found Beleniel. She was wounded, and barely alive with 3 satyr corpses next to her. The priest lifted her, and headed towards the Night Elf camp. Suddenly a nightsabre attacked him from the shadows. It pushed the priest away, and started licking Beleniels wounds. The priest called a Night Elf archer to take a look at Beleniel. The archer recognized Beleniel, as she was also there when Cenarius was killed. The archer soothed the nightsabre and took it with her to the camp. After the battle had been won, and the legion banished from Azeroth, Beleniels only remaining relative Shandris was called to meet her now healed cousin. Beleniel asked Shandris to teach her the arts of shadow-craft. In three years, the young hunter had learned to creep through the woods unseen and strike the enemy dead without it even noticing her.
She joined the guild of Eternal Night to get her revenge over Cenarius, who had been like a father to the Kaldorei. She now serves the mighty triad as the Dava Ndgenarie and her future is yet to be seen.
