Korea Sports Officials Association has been providing quality sports officiating since our founding in 1988. It is our mission to provide quality sports officiating for all Department of Defense activities throughout the Republic of Korea. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to have a continuing process of training quality sports officials.

Dennis (Doc) Allmendinger has served as KSOA President since 1995.

George Stillwell has served as KSOA Contract Manager since 1996.

There are Area Assignors in all our different areas in Korea.  All the Area Assignors are part of the KSOA Board of Governors.  Please go to our list of Area Assignors for contacts in your area.

KSOA also has personnel qualified to instruct aerobics and body building.  If you have a need for these types of services please go to the Commisioners page and contact the approriate person.
