Skill #4--Take a management assessment test and see what type of management style you have
Skill #2--Come to a group meeting (Service Unit meeting or other group). What is the style of the leader? What is this group's dynamics (personality)? What affects their group dynamics?
Skill #5-- Name and discuss two or three examples of "negative leadership,".
Technology Substitute-Prepare an electronic slide show to be used in a presentation or post something on the web to help organize a group project.
Service #3 Help with the Normandy troop's helmet safety program. Volunteer to organize some small aspect such as the drinks or one of the skill games. You can also volunteer to teach to a group a skill at a meeting, perhaps some of those at Normandy.
Service #5 Lead a group of younger girls in a sports event, camping skills, or on an outing.
Careers #2 List careers that you are interested in pursuing and identify the leadership skills that you will need to succeed.
