Ok... this gets me more interested a little. Kougaiji and his team. Not much is known about this group, but I will tell you all I know...
Kougaiji's team's motive is to destroy the Sanzo's party, and to get the scrolls in order to unseal Gyumao and Rasetsunyo. They send many demonic assassins to destroy Sanzo's party, but none ever succeeded. The first one of them to actually meet Sanzo's group was Yaone, when she went to try and kill them. Later, she was rescued by Kougaiji. After that, Yaone was sent by a rather reluctant Kougaiji to find out why so many demons disappeared, which is the second time they met. Kougaiji also came to save Yaone, but not alone. This time, he came with Dokugakuji. Dokugakuji also went off with Kougaiji to find the other scrolls, where they met Sanzo's group for the third time. This time, Goku and Kougaiji faced off, but Goku in demon form's power is limitless. He nearly murders Kougaiji, and nearly even killed Goyjo and Hakkai. However, Dokugakuji managed to bring Kougaiji back, and Sanzo brought Goku back to normal. You can read more about this in the episode guide which will come up soon. |
