We received the sample on late Friday when the office is almost
closed.
We checked the sample and are sorry to inform you that we don't have
the color available.
Due to this is a new color to us, and it is a special color. we can only provide the sample color in A4 size.
The flocking pile supplier can not make for us at small q'ty. The MOQ from them is 2000M q'ty for them to make the color.
We

No company will quarantee they don't have any color difference. Even
the prodcution each time will have slight color difference. After we
send the color sample in A4 size, we will produce the order
according to it and do our best to reduce the color difference to
the lowest.
We have already sent the color sample to our pile supplier to ask
them match the color for us. It may take a few days. We will try to
fasten the lead time.
Meanwhile, we can not proceed any order while the pending payment is
not settled. Iif you have new order to place, pls make sure to
settle the payment first. Kindly grant us your understanding.
The payment term for future orders will be still remained same
as our initial request. 50% deposit along with the order and balance
upon the shipment. Kindly explain to your customer.

I hate to bother you like this. I assume you probably don't
understand how much pressure I undertake for this case.
We understand you have problem with your customer and you always
says you will get it solved in several days. After months of
waiting, we still don't know when you can settle this for us.
If you have sincerity to solve the problem for us, we can accept the
payment in installment. You can pay as much as you can at a time
and the rest again next time. You can pay them in 2 or 3 times. At
least this way we can realize you really care about this case..
Pls arrange the full or partial payment as soon as you can to at
least let me report to our manager you have taken the action.
As I was told he is in the process of reporting our case to the
third party, our National Economy Bureau who will intermediate this
case on our behalf to contact our Embassy in Turkey to negotiate
with the relative organization by end of April.

We don't know what kept you from replying us even we sent you so
many messges as well as the text message by phone.
We hardly believe a gentle person like you would ignore all the
mails and message regarding to the balance payment you promised to
settle when we sent you our shipping papers.
Is there any problem with you again? With a export record in our
National custom system, we need to report if there is any unusual
case or unsettled payment which they can audit from our bank
account.
So far we still not yet to report this case to our National trading
organization coz we still belive you are a person worth trusting.
Once we turn to the help from our National Trading Bureau, they will
post the full information of your company on their website and
branches worldwide to warn other Taiwanese companies from dealing
with you. This is why we still hesitate to do so.
Our
concern in you is very firm and PLS HELP US to HELP yourself.
Pls settle the balance payment by June 10. If you are still lack of

Dear Ozcang,
You told me not to worry about payment but I am so disappointed that
the same thing repeated again.
The only difference is you will pay "TODAY" instead of "IN SEVERAL
DAYS". It has been 5 months since you said so.
Did you do this intentionally ?? by comforting me you would pay
within "today" and delay on purpose???
To be honest, I have the feeling to be fooled by you again as you
broke your promises time after time although I'd rather believe you
are still the person I can trust.
I don't konw how long the situation will go on like this and I am
really tired of spending so much time to over work just for pushing
your payment. As a result, you are playing the same old tricks...
If you can not pay all at once, at least you can pay us USD2500
first so that I can speak for you to our manager. I took you as a
good person who can rely on but the result turned out to be so
frustrated.
I have no choice but do according to our company's instruction to
move forward by submitting all the papers to our National Trading
Bereau TOMORROW and let them intermediate between us.

Feeling sad for several days and don't know what to say about you.
I am now waiting for the further instruction from our manager
The documents now is on the way to our National Trade Bureau, but now I think we still have chance to ask them to hold this case if you can show your sincerity. We would prefer to seek for a more friendly way to avoid any harm to your company if you still intend to run your company.
I am the one who undertake your risk and pressure during the past
period. Have you ever considered my situation??
When you were about to get the shipment, you could TT the partail
payment immediately. But why you couldn't pay the balance anymore. It is weird.. I also
remember you even had budget to plan a business trip to Taiwan.
There is no meaning for you to compalin your situation and find more
excuses. And then keep silence again. We once mentioned if you still can not pay all the pending amount,
at least pls TT USD2500 first ASAP for me to revert to our manager. Pls let me know how you would solve this problem within the
shortest time instead of uncertain answer or repeated excuses.

Dear Ozang,
It's a long time since you promised
to settle the payment by end of July. We tried to send you
several mails but still no replies from you.
We asked our Embassy in Turkey to
contact you and had received the report from them. They said
you had many accounts receivable and would pay us soon as they
are received and asked us to keep close contact with you. They
investigated your compay's status and said your company still
normally operate although we found your website disappered
already.
We hope you still have the intention
to clear this payment for us. Because of you, I have undertaken
too much pressure which I had told you many times but have been
ignored intentionally. I don't know how long I have to pay our
company by installment and didn't my trust in you ended this
way.
I hope you are still the person I
thought before-honest and integrity.
