Our advice is that always collect your payment before shipment.
No matter how many times you have done business with them and what excuses he has.

This company , owner Mr. Özcan Aydemir, failed to settle the pending payment for us since Feb. 04, 2015 the day he made us his first promise. We have tried every possible ways to ask him to address this problem for us, but now he is just like vaporized and ignored our requests intentionally for nearly 2 years (up to today, Jan, 2017). With no other means we could turn to, we had no choices but to utilize this site to expose this fact to prevent other suppliers from encountering the same situation.

This website: www.grptm.com is now closed again due to Mr. Ozcan Aydemir tried to hide from us. (Feb.2017)

Mr. Özcan Aydemir purchased plastic materials from us, a supplier in Taiwan.

Due to our previous transaction with this company was successful and normal, we had no doubt to prepare their 2nd order while he promised to send us payment on Feb. 04,15.
When the day was due , no payment from him still. But our goods was already custom made and the shipping schedule was already booked on Feb. 09, we decided to ship the new order based our full trust in them.
We didn’t expect the nightmare began after the shipment was made.

After countless messages we sent and all the efforts we made to push Mr. Ozcan Aydemir to settle the payment for us were in vain.
He made so many promises very sincerely but each of them was broken when the date was due and turned into countless lies.

His excuse was always lack of money. We even agreed to let him pay by installment. During this period, He only arranged USD2,000.00 on April 17,when he needed to clear the goods from customs. There is still USD5,049.41 pending payment and we don’t see he has any intention to settle this payment for us.
When we pushed Mr. Ozcan Aydemir for payment, he was always reluctant to promise to pay the pending payment , “In several days”, In 10 days”, “End of this month”, “Today”, “tomorrow” when necessary….. None of them was true.

The last determined promise he made to pay us was by end of July after our hard push many times but regretfully the result was still the same.

In Aug, we even turned to our Taiwan Economy Bureau for help. They passed our papers to Taiwan Embassy in Turkey to contact this company for us. But the result we got from them was still the same. Mr. Özcan Aydemir made them new promise to pay after their receivable accounts are collected which is not different from what he originally said and delaying the payment endlessly. The only useful information we got is that this company is still in operation after the Embassy in Turkey checking with İNEGÖL chamber of Commerce (İNEGÖL Ticaret ve Sanayi Odasi, ITSO).

We tried to contact them again by ourselves on Sep. 10 by emails, skype, and on Sep.15 by text message to his mobile phone. He disregards every single message we sent to him.

It was our mistake to believe him so easily to create our own trouble. We had wasted too much time and energy in dealing with him on the pending payment. We are regret that Mr. Özcan Aydemir would ruin his own credit and his company's reputation just for this amount of money.
