Spread 4. The Elements |

This is a general spread which will look at all aspects of the querents life with regard to the question posed. Generally the questions posed should be generalisation, along the lines "what's happening in my love life/at work" etc. |

The most important cards are 1, 10, 11, 12 and 13. |

Card 1 represents the current position of the querent |
|
|
|
Card 10 represents the wand related areas of the querents life - mental and spiritual matters |
|
|
|
Card 11 represents the disc/pentacle related areas - materialistic and work |
|
|
|
Card 12 represents the cup related areas - emotion and feeling |
|
|
|
Card 13 represents the sword related areas - conflicts and confrontations |
|
|
|
The spokes fanning out from Card 1 which cordon off cards 10, 11, 12 and 13 are explanations of how the main elements will interact. So cards 2 and 6 are the near future and distant future cards related to mental/spiritual conflicts, and the mental/spiritual approach to conflicts. |

Cards 3 and 7 are the near future and distant future cards relating to the mental/spiritual aspects of the clients material life, and the material/logical relations to the querents mental/spiritual life. |

Cards 4 and 8 relates to the emotional aspects of the querents material life, as well as the material aspects of the clients emotional life. |
|
|
|
Cards 5 and 9 are the relations of emotional conflicts and the emotions originating from conflicts. |
