Meeting and Uniting
Missy and I first met when she was dating my younger brother. Some time after they separated, we met again at our church, where we both participated in the youth activities. Taking an interest in each other, we began dating. She actually asked me out the first time. We dated for almost three years before we finally married, on May 12, 1990 in a local city park. We had a perfect day for a wedding. Being springtime, everything was in full bloom and very beautiful. Although we are not Methodists and never were, a Methodist Pastor who was a friend of the family performed our ceremony.
God says, "A man will leave his parents and be united to his wife. They will become one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, do not let any man separate." - Matthew 19:5-6

Interests/Hobbies
I have many interests. In general, I enjoy science-fiction, reading, writing, programming, nudism/naturism, and trying to stay fit mentally, physically and spiritually. As a youth, I enjoyed surfing when the waves we good enough, freestyle biking (I practically lived on my bike) and weight lifting, which I did every day. I plan to start weight-lifting again one day, when I have room to set up some weights or can afford a membership to a gym.
My hobbies include computers, especially all aspects of programming, reading and writing (when I have time).
The most important aspects of my life are my wife, my children and my God - Jesus Christ. These things influence me the most. I am also a nudist, which is another important aspect of my life.
Genealogy
On my father's side...
I am of French and Native American descent. My relatives came from France as missionaries to the Native Americans. My Native American relatives are Cherokee. I am currently an official card carrying member of the Cherokee Nation, enrolled through the Western Cherokee Nation of Arkansas & Missouri.
On my mother's side...
I am of Irish descent. My great grandfather and great grandmother came to America from Ireland. During my teens, I even discovered my great grandmother's marriage certificate which listed several generations of my family that lived in Ireland just before they came to America. I thought that was rather neat and have been interested in genealogy since.
As you can, I have quite an interesting heritage between the two sides of my family.
