The volunteer officers of the Greenfield Police Department are not paid employees, but volunteer their time to the citizens in the city of Greenfield. They help in the patrol and dispatch divisions as well as traffic control for holiday parades. The officers provide security for the Wheels of Progress Festival and local school events. The volunteer officers are catagorized by three division of Reserve, Auxiliary, and Specials.
