These were 2 of the most anticipated films when they came out, superman, based on the comics, was looked forwards to by all his comic book readers, and Empire Strikes Back was the Sequel to the smash hit "Star Wars".
Both films also feature a great score by John Williams, as well as 2 of his best Loves themes (Han/Leia in ESB and "Can you read my Mind" in Superman)
2 Great Sci-fi film, I recommend them both.
Favorite: Empire Strikes Back. although this may be the closest match of the first week, Empire is a favorite to Win it all, and should have an edge.
