Cairo Station

"Defend the station's MAC-gun from Covenant boarders."

Blow your way through all the enemies to diffuse the bomb hidden in the station.

Outskirts

"Rally scattered Marines, clear hostiles contacts from the old-city."

One of the coolest levels the first time you play it, simply because your finally on EARTH! Fight your way to the end of the level, nothing special here.

Metropolis

"Take the bridge, break the Covenant's grip on the city-center."

First time you get to use a tank in halo 2! drive it up one side of the bridge blowing stuff up, and drive down the other side blowing the rest of the stuff up. Keep going through the tunnel, blast through some more enemies, and come face to face with the mighty scarab. Don't bother shooting it, it wont do a thing. Keep following the path until you reach the top of a long canal, with the scarab below. Jump down inside it and kill the drivers to finish the level.

The Arbiter

"Infiltrate a Forerunner facility, quell the heresy therein."

A pretty cool level, simply because you get to fight as the Arbiter, an elite. Hack and slash your way through the complex, active cammo at your fingertips.

Oracle

"Kill the Heretic Leader. The Prophets will be done."

Still the arbiter, fight through Heretics and Flood to find the Heretic Leader. Sounds easy, but he's always on the run. Eventually he locks himself in a hold, and you are forced to run to the top of the installation and cut the cables holding it up. Run after him until you reach his ship. No, your not seeing things, there are three of him. Two are holograms however. Kill the real heretic to finish the level.

Delta Halo

"A Covenant army stands between you and the Prophet of Regret. Get to work."

Fight your way through the ruined terrain of the Delta Halo as the Master Chief to reach the main lake, and the temple structures there.

Regret

"You heard the lady, locate the prophet. Take him down."

Fight through the enemies, as always, and reach the Prophets chamber. Its full of honor guards, so watch it! the Prophet is invincible, and fires a powerful energy ray, like a giant sentinel beam. Walk up to him and hold X to board. Slap him around a bit and he's dead, not that hard once you get on his throne.

Sacred Icon

"Succeed where others have failed. Lower the shield protecting the Sacred Icon."

Act as an arbiter under command of Tartarus to disable the shield around the index. This level is a pain if you don't like fighting flood.

Quarantine Zone

"Parasites, Humans - no matter. The icon must be found."

This level is truly intense. Fight through the burned flood and Forerunner filled wasteland, through the nexus of tunnels and burnt out structures to find the icon.

Gravemind

"The prophets have the index and plan to use it? Over your dead body."

Hack through flood and covenent alike to try and find the Prophet and the index.

Uprising

"This is certain; The Brutes shall pay for the blood they have spilled."

Fight as the arbiter against the brutes in an awesome civil war within the covenant. Fight along side grunts, elites, and even hunters to destroy the brutes and their allies.

High Charity

"Cortana can handle the index- Stopping Truth is up to you."

Make your way through High Charity through the densely flood infected streets in time to jump the Grav-Lift to the Forerunner ship- bond for the destruction of earth.

The Great Journey

"Form an unexpected alliance, keep Tartarus from activating the ring."

An awesome level that brings the Arbiter and the humans together. fight alongside banshees, wraiths, specters, Elites, hunters, scarabs, and even jenkins with his handy rifle to reach Tartarus. finally, a real boss fight in halo! hit him when his impenetrable shield is down to hurt him, but watch his hammer!
