What is CAP?

What is TRIO?
In the 1964 Economic Opportunities Act created the Upward Bound program. A year later, Upward Bound was joined by two other special programs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds: Talent Search and Student Support Services. In 1965, under authorization of Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, the three programs were referred to as "TRIO". Hey, what about College Assistance Migrant Program?
