Grandfield is embarking on a process to identify the future we want and then build that future. That process is called the Red River Vision.

The Red River Vision is about creating dialogue between interested citizens and organizations that have common interests and goals. It is a strategic planning process that will produce a shared vision of what our city will become. It is a process that will involve every resident in creating a shared vision and provide a framework for collaboration.

Most companies, communities, and individuals do not have a clear vision of the future, but by working strategically and collectively, a blueprint and set of action steps in key areas will quickly develop our vision and assist us on our journey into the future.

A Town Hall meeting took place in May of 2004. Another Town Hall meeting will be held Monday, August 9. In the interim, please review the material. Also, be sure to download and complete the survey so that a better understanding of your ideas and direction for the Red River Vision cant take place.
