The Brgy. Consuelo Strictly prohibits any violent acts in its territory, that distracts others on what they are doing. As this is a High-respected barangay, so as well as its population.

The violators of Barangay will be punished or warned at times when they break or violates the rules. Anyone who break the rules would take chances to be in brgy. chairman's office and we could call this a Bad chances.
