History
Origin:
Long time ago, Barangay Consuelo was known by the native inhabitant as SITIO PO-O means to lost, due to mystical events where most of the inhabitant witnessed.
Development:
The Barangay still continue to improve its locality in the ways: adding of schools, widening of farm to market road and constructing business infrastractures.
Planning:
The Brgy. Chairman will continue the progress of ghe Brgy. by creating more facilities and lifting its population from poverty.
