How to homeschool legally in Wisconsin
Department of Public Instruction Forms: Wisconsin home school parents must complete form PI-1206 as instructed by Wisconsin statutes. Obtain a copy of the form by calling the Department of Public Instruction. The home-based private education number is 608-266-5761 or 1-888-245-2732, ext. 1. Forms are usually mailed automatically to families who home schooled the previous year. However, if you do not receive a form for the current year, you are responsible for contacting the DPI.
