Frieza
Frieza or Freeza is the son of King Cold. Frieza has the powers to change into 4 different forms, each stronger than the last. He is first destroyed by Goku when he firsts turns super saiyan, after watching Krillen die at the hands of Frieza. King Cold has his people put him back together again, and they go to Earth. Future Trunks first shows up in DBZ here, and slices up Frieza. Frieza does make a few more appearances in the series though.
Nappa
Nappa came to Earth with Vegeta to control earth. They get into fights with the Z team, and Nappa is killed by Vegeta for screwing up.
Buu
Majin Buu is first summoned by Badibi as Fat Majin Buu. He somehow becomes ffriends w/ Hercule( Mr. Satan in Japanese Version). When something happens to Hercule, Buu blows another Buu out. This Buu is thinner, and eats fat Buu to become a strong Buu. Buu later absorbs most ofthe Z team including Gotenks and Vegetto. When heabsorbs them Vegetto is split back to Goku and Vegeta. They fight from inside, and get their friends out. Goku does the Spirit Bomb and kills Buu.
