It emerged on Sunday afternoon that Wath Saint James' star left winger Jamie Skirrow may be searching for a new team in the summer, due to the fact that he believes that the current Saints squad are holding him back. He would prefer to play alongside players of talent like his own.

Kilnhurst Saints are likely to play next season under Wath St. James. Kilnhurst manager Mr. Bettison may assume a joint coaching role with Stan Snr. who previously said that he was only interested in the club for one season. Some of the players may well join the new club. This may lead to a very eventful season for Wath Saint James next year.
It is rumoured that Kilnhurst Saints Under 17's will not be continuing their affiliation to the League after the season is over. Gooderzone perceived that they currently only have 9 players registered, a number of whom may look for places at Wath for the 03/04 season.
