With that they headed off downstairs to get some rest, it had been a long week, and it wasnt over yet. Spike and Dru just stared at each other for what seemed like forever! She finally spoke
"Spikey, Im sorry, I mean, I know I hurt you but,"
"HURT ME< HURT ME! Dru you left me, for a soddin chaos demon for christ sake, you could have picked a better lookin fella at least, you know I only teamed up with Slutty the Vampire layer so Angelus couldnt suck the world into hell, I mean I like this world ya know"
"I know Spike, Im sorry, Ive been thinking about this for the last few days since I got my mind back, you did the right thing, but at the time I was so obsessed with my daddy that I coulnt see what you`d done was for me...Im sorry, can you ever forgive me?"
"I dont know Dru, I love you, you know that, but you ripped out my unbeating heart and ran over it with a four by four, we`ll just have to see how it goes, kay?"
"Okay Spikey, shall we go to bed, I mean not together, just you know to sleep, and Oh for gods sake, lets just go down stairs."
Spike smiled, when Drucilla was sane she sounded alot like Willow in the babbling stakes that was. She was a whole knew person he`d never met before, she still had her little Dru like bits, but she was sane and with it, and he though he might have fun getting to know her again.
They trailed off down stairs and went to sleep in Angels spare room, neither one knowing what to expect from the future.
