All problems of mankind are rooted in a wrong way of seeing the world. People say: "Me and the world",

They say: "The world may be a bad place, full of death and destruction, but it doesn't affect me. I'm quite okay, tsunami's don't happen where I live, they just happen thousands of miles away from the comfort of my house and bed."

What a lot of people don't know is that as soon as we divide existence into "me" and "the world" we create an inside and outside world. The outside world we experience is like a mirror, a perfect reflection of our inside world. In fact it's more like a curved mirror that magnifies all that is reflected.

In other words, how we treat the outside world is how we are treated by the outside world and we always reap more than we sow. It is like throwing one boomerang into the world and receiving ten boomerangs back. It might take some time before they have returned to the thrower, sometimes it takes several lives, but they always come back to you.

It would be better to replace the sentence "Me and the world" by "Me in the world". This sentence shows far better the relationship between the person and the world. If the world is unhappy, so am I for I live in the world.

Spiritual people are always striving for knowledge about how to be happy and they are always looking for ways to bring this knowledge to the people surrounding them.

Mankind is involved in three worlds. As long as he doesn't succeed in bringing harmony in each one of these worlds he is born over and over again into the world.

The first world is the world of nature. Nature's main concern is to maintain the species. In this world we make love, produce children and educate them to be like us and make children of their own. This world is connected with the physical body. To find harmony in this world we have to make our body strong and healthy.

The second world is that of society. In this world we educate ourselves to become someone who is important for society. We educate ourselves for the greater good of society and we teach others to be useful instruments in this machine as well. Our soul, which is our total energetic system, is connected to this world.

The third world is the world of spirit. In this world people strive to know the great laws of the cosmos, the laws that rule the universe, the mind of God. Only in this world can people find absolute freedom.

But people cannot escape the second world by themselves. A lot of personal power is needed to become free of the powerful hypnosis of society. For this people need a spiritual teacher – someone who is already free – someone who can show the way to others.

Let me tell you the story of an interesting experience I had in Brazil. One fine day I was walking with my friend, who is a wise teacher, in his big beautiful garden. After some time we came across a cage. It was the size of a dishwasher and in it lived one little bird. 

Curiously I asked him what was the meaning of this bird all alone in a cage in the middle of nature. He told me that his students gathered all the unwanted pets in the village and brought them to this place. "Take this bird for instance", my friend explained, "It has lived all of his life in captivity, what would happen to it if we were to release it into nature in this condition?"

I felt very well that it was quite impossible for the bird to survive. The bird was used to finding its food and water right in front of him. He was not at all aware of the enemies that were waiting for him in nature when the safety of his prison would no longer be there. Furthermore, this bird probably didn't even know how to fly. 

While we were talking one of his students approached the cage with a long stick in his hands. He used it to force the bird to fly. The bird was lazy and tried to step aside but the student kept on bothering the bird provoking it to fly. 

My friend told me that the birds have to be trained to fly in order to survive. He also hid the food for the bird, so that it was forced to go and look for it. After a few weeks the bird was ready to go to a larger cage, where he would have more space to fly and where he'd have to look harder to find the food. 

When the bird had passed the tests successfully he was brought to a very big cage with more birds. And only if he was able to survive among his brothers, the last cage was opened for him to fly towards the freedom of heaven.

In the same way, a spiritual teacher teaches his pupils how to become free. A student needs to be well equipped in order to survive in absolute freedom. With the help of his teacher the student can develop the qualities needed to harmonize all the worlds he lives in. 

Slowly the teacher widens the student's vision of the world, changing over and over again the old cage for a bigger one until the student is ready to fly on his own.

So now we get to the practical part of our lecture. All knowledge is meant to integrate into your daily life. The Masters of Golden Altai give us life-knowledge. It is not meant to wear as a fancy coat, it is meant to live it so it may transform you, set you free, allow you to find real happiness.

If you have energy, you are happy, feel confident and everything you do is successful. When we have a low energy level, we are passive, bored, even depressed and the smallest obstacle feels impossible to overcome. So we must gain control over our life-energy.

We already discussed that in society the life-energy of a person is being drained to feed the "great machine". Mass hypnosis causes our strongest boys to die in a war far away for the sake of their country.

The idea that a country is worth dying for, just because it happens to be the country you were born in, is just one example of a program of our society that feeds on the energy of your vital body.

It is very important to become aware of your vital body, this way you will feel when something is draining your energy. Right now we will experience the vital body of our partner. After we have determined the borders of this body, usually this body ends 30 to 50 cm outside of the physical body, we will practice a simple but powerful method to raise the energy of this body and we will look for the borders again, and notice the changes.
