Up to Waldon Woods, then around Ortonville Rd. and back home.
I did approx. 2 miles in 16.21! I was suprised. I guess it was the artful combination of a speed soccer game and plenty of rest. The thing is that after this 2, I stopped (it was my incentive) and streached and couldn't get the pace up again.

To Dixie - Ortonville Rd- Clarkston Rd- SnowApple- Chickadee.
Earlier in the day I decided that 6 would be good. Then before I started running I convinced myself against it. However, I went a different way and because of traffic light timings, found myself on Ortonville Rd. I didn't want to do the same loop as yesterday, so I re-decided to do 6. Then, at the end I was going to take out the hill, but I keept that in too. It was a good run. I think that my breathing is finally in shape, cause though my legs hurt at various points, my breathing never got too bad and I could keep going. Though at mile 3 I had to make sure to stay positive. It worked, my positive bubble blocked 90% of detrimental negitivity.

Kenzington Metro Park in Milford
It turned into a beautiful day! I wanted to do 6 miles, but just called it after 5. Ran around the old course by the lake as a part of it. You know it is summer when a car full of middle school guys goes past and they say, "Run Faster!" and "You're a hottie!" Even though they really can't make out your speed or what you look like from the road.

It was really fun, and really muddy. Got a better workout than expected, but I'm just not sure how many miles it was.

I did a fartlik (I think that's how it is spelled). I wanted to beat myself up with a little speed, cause I needed to stop, or start, thinking. I didn't want to hurt myself though, and knew I wouldn't be able to keep any kind of speed up for long.
